Two men, Benjamin Charles Johnson and Steven Dale Latter, have been jailed for their roles in a hit-and-run that killed Jakob Opacic, brother of rugby league player Tom Opacic, in a brutal and cruel road attack in Gold Coast, Australia. Both men pleaded guilty to manslaughter and were sentenced to nine and 10 years in prison, respectively. Latter also admitted to stealing $10,000 from the victim's backpack.
