3 people, including a car driver and a taxi driver, were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision on the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) toward Changi Airport at 1.55am on May 22. The three vehicles involved were a car, a taxi, and another car. The 54-year-old male car driver, the 63-year-old male taxi driver, and his 40-year-old male passenger were conscious when they were taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
