Pennsylvania State Rep. Kevin Boyle's arrest warrant withdrawn; security privileges reinstated.
Pennsylvania State Rep. Kevin Boyle returned to the Capitol after an arrest warrant was withdrawn. Boyle lost the Democratic primary to Sean Dougherty in April, with concerns about his mental health raised by family. Security privileges were revoked in February, but have been reinstated. The warrant was dropped due to a protective order no longer being active when Boyle contacted his wife.
