Lagos State, Nigeria, attracted over N50 billion ($123m) in investments through FDI and DDI in the past year, as reported by Folashade Ambrose Medebem, Commissioner for Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade & Investment. Investments include Twinings Ovaltine Nigeria Limited (TONL), which will manufacture locally, creating jobs and generating exports. The state aims to improve its business environment and attract foreign capital, skills, and technology.
