Six Flags Great Adventure marks its 50th anniversary in 2024 with two new attractions: Splash Island at Hurricane Harbor and The Flash: Vertical Velocity rollercoaster, launching on Memorial Day weekend. Hurricane Harbor Rockford waterpark will open on May 25th, featuring new food offerings and operating weekends and select days until June 11th, when daily operations begin. The park is set to celebrate its 50th anniversary with new entertainment, attractions, and nostalgic moments throughout the season.
