China's total installed power generation capacity reached 3.01 billion kilowatts by end of April, up 14.1% from the previous year. Wind and solar power capacity increased by 20.6% and 52.4% respectively. From January to April, the country invested 191.2 billion yuan in power supply projects and 122.9 billion yuan in power grid projects, an increase of 5.2% and 24.9% year-on-year.
