Chicago's Lombard Brewpub, in partnership with Noon Whistle Brewing, has created a limited-edition "cicada-infused" Malört shot to celebrate the mass emergence of cicada broods in the region. The concoction, which features "locally harvested" cicadas, is only available for a short time and is infused with the insects' unique flavor, described as reminiscent of succulent lobster.
