59-year-old UK national, Darren Davison, was arrested and charged under Ireland's Air Navigation and Transport Act for an alleged disruptive incident on an Aer Lingus flight from Lyon to Dublin. Davison, accused of being intoxicated, punched seats and windows during the flight. He was granted €200 bail with conditions, including signing at a Garda station in Co Monaghan, and will appear in Cloverhill District Court.
