36-year-old Payam Afsari was arrested in connection with an incident at an ice cream shop in San Jose where he smashed a window, causing glass to fall on a child. The assault, child abuse, and vandalism occurred on April 26 at a shop on the 2900 block of Aborn Square. Surveillance video shows the child and guardian leaving the shop after the incident, and it's unknown if the child was hurt.
