55-year-old James Clacher, who went missing in Scotland in 2022 while facing rape charges, has been arrested in Spain on an international warrant. Clacher, a gym owner from Bellshill, was reported missing on May 30, 2022; his car was found at Loch Long car park the following day. Police Scotland announced his arrest on May 21, 2024, and are now working on extradition proceedings.
