17-year-old Isaac Shekhayem of San Marcos was fatally shot in the torso on May 15, at a parking lot on Los Vallecitos Boulevard. The unidentified shooter approached in a vehicle, fired from 40 yards away, and Shekhayem's friends took him to the hospital.
