29-year-old Dustin Swampy accused of fatally stabbing Rachel Muswagon in Winnipeg, 18th homicide this year.
29-year-old Dustin Cody Swampy, from Winnipeg, is in custody, accused of the fatal stabbing of 37-year-old Rachel Muswagon from Norway House Cree Nation at a Sargent Avenue apartment building. This is Winnipeg's 18th homicide this year. Muswagon was found in critical condition at the scene and later pronounced dead in the hospital. The suspect was arrested at the same apartment without incident.
