58-year-old Chinese tourist, Jianming Xia, went missing in Oct 2023 during a visit to the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia while part of a tour group. Last seen on Oct 18 in Surfers Paradise, Jianming contacted an associate to inform them she was leaving the group and planned to return to China in November, but has not yet done so. Police have issued a fresh appeal to the public for information about her whereabouts.
