Wales' Lake Vyrnwy Hotel & Spa, one of the country's most distinguished hotels, is up for sale for £7.5m for the first time in nearly 40 years. The 52-bedroom hotel has extensive function and spa facilities, and is set in 30 acres above Lake Vyrnwy. Having been independently owned and operated by the same family for 37 years, the owners now feel it's the right time to hand over to new owners.
