The UK's minister for defence procurement has said no decision has been made on financial support for Harland & Wolff, the owner of the Belfast shipyard. This comes after a report suggested Chancellor Jeremy Hunt would block a key support package application by the firm amid an intense government row. Harland & Wolff's application for a loan guarantee is still ongoing, its chief executive said.
