Prime Minister Robert Abela alleged that the Nationalist Party is planning a "trap" for Labour supporters attending a demonstration in support of ex-PM Joseph Muscat on 28 May. Opposition leader Bernard Grech accused Abela of making "irresponsible" comments and urged him to stop this dangerous attitude. Abela claims that the PN wants to "stoke tensions" on the day of the "solidarity meeting" for Muscat outside the Valletta law courts.
