Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly has issued a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the murderer(s) of 39-year-old Jason M. Bakken and 43-year-old Leanda R. Pound, found deceased in Mound Valley, Kansas in October 2022. The KBI and Labette County Sheriff's Office are investigating the unsolved double homicide.
