The Indian Air Force (IAF) launched an Emergency Medical Response System (EMRS) in Bengaluru, offering a 24/7 telephonic medical helpline for IAF personnel and families across India. This first-of-its-kind initiative, inaugurated by Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari, aims to provide immediate advice and support during medical emergencies by connecting callers to the nearest IAF medical facility.
