A motor vehicle incident closed Highway 1 west of Salmon Arm on May 21. The closure occurred between Sandy Point Road and 2nd First Nations Road at around 7 p.m. DriveBC advised drivers to take an alternate route via Highway 97 and 97A/97B. Crews were on scene for assessment.
