Finland's unemployment rate rose to 9.5% in April, the highest in nearly three years, with the number of unemployed people increasing to 260,000 from 251,000 in March. The employment rate for April rose to 71.7% from 71.0% in March. The number of unemployed people in Finland has increased by 41,000 compared to the same month last year, while the number of employed people has decreased by 17,000.
