Diageo to trial paper bottle for Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, joining eco-friendly packaging trend.

Diageo plans to trial a paper bottle for Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, joining the growing trend of brands moving to non-glass packaging to aid recycling and reduce carbon footprint. The new paper bottle, made from 90% paper, will initially be tested with Baileys Minis (80ml) product. Diageo is working with the Bottle Collective, PA Consulting, and Swedish packaging producers PulPac on the trial.
