Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners completes and inaugurates the 595MW Changfang-Xidao offshore wind project in Taiwan, its first in Asia Pacific.

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has completed and inaugurated the Changfang-Xidao offshore wind project in Taiwan with 595MW capacity, marking CIP's first offshore wind farm in Asia Pacific. Located 11 km off the west coast, the project increases Taiwan's combined offshore capacity by 25%. With 62 Vestas V174 turbines and jacket foundations from Taiwan's Century Wind Power, Changfang-Xidao will power 650,000 local households and reduce CO2 emissions by 1.1 million tons annually.
