British Columbia plans to develop a new high school in Langford, a growing area on the West Shore, to address the increasing student population. The Ministry of Education has approved the Sooke School District to develop a business case for the new secondary school, which is anticipated to benefit the community for generations and reflect the district's recent growth. The project is expected to take about eight months to complete before entering the design phase, if approved by the province.
