Man charged with two counts of attempted murder after stabbing two in Exeter. Police attended the scene on Bampfylde Street on 18 May at 2am. A 22-year-old woman and 23-year-old man were stabbed and taken to hospital, with the man currently in a stable condition after surgery. Leon Telemacque, 31, from Birmingham, was charged with attempted murder and possession of a knife. He is due to appear before Exeter Magistrates' Court on 20 May.
