31-year-old Harry Whittaker from Caddington, Bedfordshire was charged with four counts of possessing an explosive substance for an unlawful purpose and one count of possessing a regulated substance without licence after a counter-terrorism investigation. The charges follow the discovery of suspicious substances at his home on 6 May. Whittaker has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court.
