24-year-old Canadian truck driver Satnam Singh, accused of causing a fatal head-on crash in Vermont, faces an additional charge of involuntary manslaughter. Singh initially faced charges of gross negligent operation with death resulting after the crash on Route 100 in Moretown, which killed 39-year-old Rosetta Weber. He remains in jail and is due in court on the new charge.
