Police Captain Steve Long survived a shootout with a suspect, Robert Prince, who opened fire with a modified Glock at a Clayton County gas station. Long spotted Prince's car after the suspect allegedly held his wife captive and sexually assaulted her. The confrontation occurred at a Valero gas station on Riverdale Road, and the suspect was later found dead in the parking lot.
