Despite this, the company sees signs of financial recovery after cutting its workforce and experiencing falling sales. Naked Wines operates an innovative business model that connects wine producers directly with consumers, who subscribe to a monthly payment plan for their future wine box purchases. CEO Rodrigo Maza stated that the company is becoming "leaner and stronger".
