Iowa City police identified a wandering dependent adult, introduced as Alex, in the Downtown District.
Iowa City police have identified a dependent adult found wandering the Downtown District on Tuesday morning, after initially seeking public assistance. The man, who introduced himself as Alex, was located by police at around 3 a.m. The police, however, have been unable to gather any further personal information about him. The case has now been updated and no further information is available.
