Domino's Pizza franchisee Ammar Jali was sentenced to a year in prison for filing false tax returns for his businesses and personally. He underreported over $10 million in earnings from 2014 to 2016, causing more than $2.5 million in tax losses to the federal government. Jali, the sole shareholder of 36 Domino's Pizza restaurants in Pennsylvania and Ohio, has also been ordered to pay $2.5 million to the IRS.
