1 dead, 1 injured in Westmoreland County house fire. A woman, Joanna Policichio (84), died and another person was hurt in a house fire that broke out at 1:30 a.m. at a home on McKinley Street in Bolivar, Westmoreland County. The cause of the fire remains unknown.
