Rangers' veteran forward Blake Wheeler, 37, has been medically cleared to play and could return to the lineup for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final against the Panthers on Wednesday. Wheeler was activated from long-term injured reserve last week and had not played since February 15 due to a right leg injury. In the regular season, he scored nine goals and tallied 21 points in 54 games.
