A Dubuque County man, 61, was found dead under a tractor after a rollover incident near Wente and Pape Roads. Emergency crews arrived at the scene at 8:14 pm, but could not save the man. The Dubuque County Sheriff's Office, Iowa State Patrol, Dyersville Police Department, New Vienna-Luxemburg Fire Department, and Bi-County EMS responded to the incident. More information will be released after family members are notified.
