24-year-old Plymouth man, Cameron McPhee, faces charges including OUI after rear-ending a Wareham officer's cruiser, with emergency lights on, on Sunday night. McPhee was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to move over for an emergency vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol. The officer and McPhee were both taken to Tobey Hospital.
