Vaisala wins €25M contract to supply 18 weather radars to Spain's AEMET, enhancing extreme weather prediction.

Vaisala, a leading measurement technology company, has won a €25M contract to supply 18 weather radars to Spain's State Meteorological Agency (AEMET). This largest-ever order for Vaisala will enhance Spain's weather data accuracy and ability to predict extreme weather events, such as severe storms in Southern Europe. The contract includes 18 dual-polarization C-band weather radars.
