Spain has recalled its ambassador to Argentina following remarks by Argentine President Javier Milei, who called Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez's wife "corrupt" during a far-right gathering in Madrid. The European Union's foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, condemned Milei's comments. Milei was a star speaker at a meeting of global far-right leaders organised by Spain's Vox party.
