South Korea's National Security Act has led to the ban of a North Korean propaganda music video glorifying leader Kim Jong Un. The video, called "Friendly Father," is viewed as a psychological warfare attempt by South Korea. The two Koreas remain technically at war since the 1950-1953 Korean War ended in an armistice, and South Korea's regulator has previously blocked some North Korean propaganda YouTube channels.
