Los Angeles police fatally shot an armed man on Colden Street during a response to an assault report.
Los Angeles police shot and killed a man armed with a knife on 100 block of Colden Street after he ignored their orders to drop the weapon during a response to an assault with a deadly weapon report. The LAPD did not release the man's identity or that of the officers involved, and the incident will be investigated by LAPD detectives and the District Attorney's Office.
