Kirin Holdings launches "Electric Salt Spoon", a device that uses electricity to enhance low-sodium food's taste, addressing Japan's high daily salt intake issue. The product is a part of the company's health science business and will be available for online purchase from May 20. Developed in joint research with Meiji University, the spoon aims to improve low-sodium food taste and promote healthier lifestyles.
