Garda officer hit by car driven by armed suspect in Dublin during domestic violence response.

A garda was hospitalized after being hit by a car driven by a suspect armed with a samurai sword in Dublin while responding to a domestic violence report. The suspect collided with the officer while attempting to flee the scene, also ramming Garda patrol cars. The injured officer has since been released from the hospital, but remains off duty, as the investigation into the incident continues.
