Enforcement Directorate (ED) has informed the Indian Home Ministry about the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) allegedly receiving Rs 7.08 crore in foreign funds between 2014-2022, violating foreign exchange norms. AAP allegedly collected funds from countries like US, Canada, and others while concealing foreign donors' identities. AAP faces charges of violating the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), 2010, and the Representation of the People Act, 1951.
