Car found in water in Cardinal; no injuries reported: Provincial police are investigating after a car was discovered in the water in Cardinal on Sunday morning. The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) confirmed that nobody was in the car at the time and that the owner and occupants have been located. Dundas Street beyond Park Street were closed for the investigation, and the case remains ongoing.
