39-year-old Timothy Charles Jr. from Reserve, LA, was arrested for allegedly setting fire to his ex-spouse's daycare, Little Harvard Learning Academy, in Laplace. The fire destroyed the building, three cars, and threatened a nearby home on May 16th. Charles is charged with aggravated arson and simple burglary.
