The incident occurred at 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, when Rodriguez's car went off the road, struck a light pole, went through a fence, rolled, and came to a stop against a tree. Rodriguez was treated at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids for non-life-threatening injuries.
