60-year-old man Surswati Ram was allegedly stripped, dragged, and tied to a motorbike by three individuals on suspicion of cow smuggling in Jharkhand's Garhwa district, near Amrora village. The incident occurred on his way to Banshidhar Nagar Untari with his cattle. An FIR has been filed and the accused, Rahul Dubey, Rajesh Dubey, and Kashinath Bhuiyan, have been identified.
