6 soldiers from a Sydney-based army unit, which prepares parachutes for military exercises, tested positive for drugs in mid-February and early March, just days before the fatal accident during a training jump that killed Lance Corporal Jack Fitzgibbon. The soldiers, who are part of the 176 Air Dispatch Squadron, now face possible expulsion from the ADF. The Prime Minister described the reports as "of concern."
