Sri Lankan President resumes student insurance program, "Suraksha", due to economic crisis, from June 1.

Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe resumes the "Suraksha" student insurance program, suspended due to economic crisis. Starting 1st week of June, all school students across the country will benefit from the program, originally implemented in 2017 to ensure continuous education for students affected by health issues and to increase school attendance by safeguarding student safety.
