1840s Froome Talfourd cottage in Sarnia up for heritage designation.

Sarnia's Froome Talfourd cottage, a pre-Confederation house built by a pioneer settler in Lambton County, is up for heritage designation. Owner Kelly Bell discovered the process after purchasing the cottage in 2020. The two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom home may be added to Sarnia's heritage registry after Bell learned about the heritage designation process from the city's heritage committee.
