A propane tank explosion in Downtown Rochester injured several people, including three children and two adults, who were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The explosion occurred at 8:45 p.m. near Main Street and was believed to be accidental. The cause of the explosion is still under investigation, and Main Street will be closed until the area is deemed safe.
