Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chinh urges Vietnamese adults to register as organ donors. The call was made during the launch of the organ and tissue donation campaign at Vietnam-Germany Hospital, supported by the Ministry of Health, Vietnam Red Cross Society, and Organ and Tissue Donation Association. The PM highlighted the growth of organ transplantation services in Vietnam over the past 30 years, crediting the Party and State's policies, medical staff's work, and public support.
